Nearly ten years in Benin's public ecosystem, from public procurement to program design.

  1. April 2026 — present

    Head of Program Design

    Agence de Développement de Sèmè City (ADSC)

    Steering and structuring a portfolio of academic and entrepreneurial programs with strategic stakes.

    • Preparation and management of consolidated program budgets, with attention to allocation and to funder compliance.
    • Negotiation and follow-up of agreements with international academic partners, including Henley Business School, Groupe des Écoles Centrale, Cognos International and ENSAD.
    • Coordination of program accreditation and approval with the competent authorities.
    • Leadership of a multidisciplinary team, including consultants, in charge of rolling out the programs.
    • Supervision of the full cycle of entrepreneurial incubation programs, from scheme design to post-program follow-up.
    • Supervision of IMA CAREER – Career Center and of the Welcome & Mobility Service (AOM), including an employer network.
    • Performance reports and dashboards for senior management; representation of ADSC in institutional meetings and partner forums.

    Project Manager

    Social and education projects

    • Steering of three high-impact social projects (TINIMA, WE AGRI CHALLENGE, SELFCARE CHALLENGE), delivered against results frameworks agreed with UNICEF, UNFPA and UNCDF.
    • Results-based management: logical frameworks, performance indicators and monitoring dashboards.
    • Coordination of TINIMA with UNICEF and UNFPA, for STEM education of young people aged 8 to 18, with attention to social inclusion and gender equity.
    • Direction of WE AGRI CHALLENGE (August – December 2022), for young women in agricultural technical high schools, and of SELFCARE CHALLENGE (July – December 2022), for young people's access to sexual and reproductive health information.

    • Bachelor's in Digitalisation and Data Science with Groupe des Écoles Centrale, for more than 20 participants (January 2023 – October 2025).
    • Needs analysis and instructional design of the Laboratory Technician track with Cognos International, covering five countries (January 2024 – November 2025).
    • Needs analysis and instructional design of the Management track with Henley Business School (since January 2024).
    • Instructional design of the Fine Arts track with the École nationale supérieure des Arts Décoratifs (since January 2026).

    Institutional services

    • Design and setup of the Welcome & Mobility Service (AOM), of IMA CAREER – Career Center, and of a recruitment scheme for students and teachers: operating frame, procedures and steering tools (January 2025 – April 2026).
