    Leading and structuring a portfolio of strategic academic and entrepreneurship programmes.

    • Develop and manage consolidated programme budgets, optimising allocations and ensuring compliance with donor requirements.
    • Negotiate and monitor agreements with international academic partners, including Henley Business School, Groupe des Écoles Centrale, Cognos International and ENSAD. [PARTNER LIST TO BE VALIDATED]
    • Coordinate programme accreditation and approval processes with the competent authorities.
    • Lead a multidisciplinary team, including consultants, responsible for programme rollout.

    Social and educational projects

    • Managed a portfolio of three high-impact social projects (TINIMA, WE AGRI CHALLENGE, SELFCARE CHALLENGE), delivered in line with results frameworks agreed with donor partners UNICEF, UNFPA and UNCDF.
    • Applied Results-Based Management — logical frameworks, performance indicators and monitoring dashboards.
    • Coordinated TINIMA with UNICEF and UNFPA, promoting STEM education among young people aged 8 to 18, with a focus on social inclusion and gender equity.
    • Led WE AGRI CHALLENGE (August – December 2022) for young women in agricultural technical schools, and SELFCARE CHALLENGE (July – December 2022) on youth access to sexual and reproductive health information.

    Audit, compliance and cross-cutting management

    • Contributed to operational and legal audit missions of ADSC operators.
    • Negotiated and monitored vendor contracts; structured logistical, financial and operational risk analyses with documented mitigation plans.
