Context

TINIMA was part of a portfolio of three social impact projects run by the Sèmè City Development Agency with donor partners from the United Nations system.

Objective: promote science, technology, engineering and mathematics education among young people aged 8 to 18, with attention to social inclusion and gender equity.

My role

  • Coordinated the project in partnership with UNICEF and UNFPA, as Project Manager at ADSC.

What I did

  • Applied a Results-Based Management approach: logical frameworks, performance indicators and monitoring dashboards.
  • Reported to donors, strengthening accountability and transparency.
